Is RHOBH Lisa Rinna On The Chopping Block Or Helping Find A New Housewife For Season 10?

Now that Lisa Vanderpump has left the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, rumors are swirling about who Bravo will cast as her replacement. Amid the rumors, a new report claims that Lisa Rinna’s bestie Sutton Stracke could be the new cast addition fans have been waiting for.

As the RHOBH ladies prepare to begin filming for Season 10 without the SUR restaurant owner, an insider says that the cast still doesn’t know for sure who will be joining them.

“They are all feeling a bit anxious as to who the new Housewife will be as they’re still being kept in the dark,” a source told Hollywood Life. “However, they have been notified that one new lady will be joining the cast when filming begins the first week of September.”

The source added that Stracke’s name keeps coming up in casting discussions at Bravo after Rinna suggested her close friend to producers.

The potential RHOBH newbie is a southern debutante who has appeared on The Salonnier’s list of the 100 best party planner in the United States. Just like her potential co-stars, Stracke enjoys living a glamorous lifestyle, which includes plenty of international travel.

The insider also claims that every cast member except LVP is returning for Season 10, despite previous reports that Rinna and Teddi Mellencamp could be on the chopping block. The source says that everyone is relieved that Bravo asked them to return, but Camille Grammer coming back as a friend of the show is less likely. Now that Vanderpump is gone, Grammer doesn’t have a relationship with anyone in the cast, so “it wouldn’t be natural” to keep her around.

As for Rinna, she just went through a major life change a few weeks before filming is set to begin. Her youngest child Amelia has left for college, leaving the home that Rinna shares with her husband Harry Hamlin an empty nest.

“And just like that they take flight,” wrote Rinna in the caption of a pic of Amelia surrounded by household items like paper towels and toilet paper that they had just purchased in bulk.

Rinna and Hamlin – who have been married since 1997 – share one other child, 21-year-old Delilah.
