Man tells how he achieved this amazing transformation in 6 months following a certain diet

The keto diet plan is one that is becoming more and more popular.

Partially this is due to online transformation testimonies such as this one.

The Reddit user wrote in the thread “keto” to reveal his six month progress.

He told users that he had been on the plan from March, posting before and after pictures.

“Hello Everyone, I’ve hit a big milestone in that it appears I’ll soon need to start focusing on adding bulk rather than dropping pounds,” he wrote.

“I’ve been a long time lurker and thought I’d share my progress pics. I’m happy to share any information you are interested in knowing.

“Thank you all for such a great community that helped changed my life. Keep up the good work everyone, and if you’re reading this, remember, it IS possible to reach your goal and you CAN do it.”

The dieter looks far slimmer and healthier in his after picture.

He poses proudly showing off one bicep and taking a selfie in the mirror.

The man also revealed the biggest thing that helped him in his weight loss journey, and it involves being prepared.

He wrote: “It comes easier and easier. Meal prepping was my BIGGEST ally for sure!!!”

So what is the keto diet?

The keto diet is devised to put the body into a state of ketosis.

This is when the body burns fat for its primary source of fuel, instead of carbohydrates.

It is a plan than is becoming increasingly popular, as many enjoy being able to eat a high fat diet.

It is also said to help dieters lose large amounts of weight very quickly.

A woman recently lost seven stone on the keto diet plan.

This 31-year-old dieter revealed that she lost an amazing seven stone on the diet.

She wrote: “Finally hit the 100 lb mark. Totally unexpected after a week-long girls trip!”

The 5’ 3” woman initially weighed 18.5 stone. However, she has slimmed down to an amazing 11.4 stone.

One keto diet trick is to eat lots of protein.

Studies have shown that increasing protein intake to 25 per cent of daily calories can cut cravings by 60 per cent, reduce your desire for late-night snacking by half and cause weight loss of almost one pound (0.45 kg) per week.

Another study was done on women who increased their protein intake to 30 per cent of calories. They ended up eating 441 fewer calories per day and lost 11 pounds in 12 weeks.
