John David Duggar and his wife, Abbie, are expecting as fans know, and they were excited to share the gender of their firstborn with their followers. The happy couple shared snaps from the gender reveal party on August 19 and also posted an announcement confirming the yet to be born baby’s gender.
As it turns out, they are going to have a little girl!
The pics from the bash were captioned with: ‘Boy or girl, what’s your guess?? 🧢👛💙💗.’
They let the fans speculate for a day because today, they finally revealed it!
John David and Abbie posted another photo in which they were kissing while standing in the grass.
Of course, the most important part, pink confetti were also falling on them as they shared that sweet moment.
‘We couldn’t be more excited to announce…IT’S A GIRL!!! 🤗💖🤗,’ they wrote alongside it, making it even more obvious they are having a daughter.
Previously, they were just as happy to announce the pregnancy on August 1.
They posted a pic of them sitting in a helicopter and holding a tiny ‘Baby Passenger On Board’ onesie.
The caption read: ‘We are on Cloud Nine about welcoming our very own little Duggar into this world!!! It really is so amazing to think about being parents and having a child of our own to raise. We’re thankful that God has blessed us with this new life and we look forward to taking on this new adventure!’
