Allegedly, some of the breakfast choices she has are avocado toast with gluten-free bread, veggie omelet with salmon and others. And one recipe that she would most probably love is this keto zucchini bread because it’s all about clean ingredients and a low amount of carbs.
To try it at home, mix together in a bowl coconut flour, baking powder, granulated sweetener, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add in eggs, vanilla extract and shredded zucchini. Put the batter into a lined loaf tin and bake until a knife comes out clean from the center. Enjoy for breakfast with avocado, cream cheese or any other topping of your choice.
Kelly Osbourne successfully lost a lot of weight and one of the things that helped her do it was regular breakfast. She told in interviews that her normal morning meal consisted of egg whites with low-fat cheese or oat bran cereal with low-fat milk.
