Gwyneth Paltrow is known to have a very clean and natural lifestyle and diet. Most of her meals are free of gluten, dairy and are low in carbs. Even though it’s definitely not something everyone can try and love, her diet seems to be working wonders because she looks amazing. Allegedly, some of the breakfast choices she has are avocado toast with gluten-free bread, veggie omelet with salmon and others. And one recipe that she would most probably love is this keto zucchini bread because it’s all about clean ingredients and a low amount of carbs.

To try it at home, mix together in a bowl coconut flour, baking powder, granulated sweetener, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add in eggs, vanilla extract and shredded zucchini. Put the batter into a lined loaf tin and bake until a knife comes out clean from the center. Enjoy for breakfast with avocado, cream cheese or any other topping of your choice.

Even if you have a very hectic morning routine, you can surely try one of her favorite fueling breakfasts which is a morning shake or smoothie with any type of berries (you can choose frozen ones), coconut water and your favorite vanilla protein powder. It takes only a few minutes to whip up but then you’ll feel full until lunch time for sure!

Another popular TV hostess Maria Menounos opts for a much lighter breakfast, mostly it’s yogurt with granola and berries. But sometimes she has something more complicated but still delicious and I’m sure she’d enjoy this cranberry salad in the morning. Especially ‘cause you can make it beforehand and keep covered in the fridge for a few days.

To start making it blend fresh cranberries in a food processor. Then put them in a bowl and combine with sugar, sliced green apple, oranges, pineapple, celery and walnuts. Mix it with berry flavored jelly. Put in the fridge or enjoy right away!
