Jessica Simpson has shut down the Instagram comments on her social media after being mom-shamed again.
The mother of three has had it with the parenting police. She was mom-shamed for posting a picture of her 4-month daughter Birdie in her stroller. The singer’s photo sparked criticism for several reasons, and Simpson decided enough was enough.
“This bird couldn’t be more adorable #blueeyes” the proud mama captioned the adorable photo of her youngest child.
Several of the former reality TV star’s followers thought Birdie was in a car seat, which brought out the trolls in full force.
“Straps on this car seat do not provide correct support,” wrote @lilliannapickles
“That hard buckle should be on her sternum instead of her belly to be optimally effective and not cause more harm if a car accident would happen (god forbid!)” shared @helenebustamante
One hater even decided to yell at Simpson for choosing to name her daughter Birdie. The blonde beauty was accused of copying Brie Bella, whose daughter has the same name.
The comments weren’t all from the parent police. A slew of Simpson’s followers rushed to her defense telling the haters to back off the famous mom and her precious daughter.

Two weeks ago, Simpson was blasted for letting her 7-year-old daughter Maxwell Drew dye her hair. The mom-shamers came out in full force then too. It was so bad that singer Pink decided to share pictures of her 8-year-old daughter Willow getting her hair dyed.
Pink like Simpson has caught some serious flak from the parenting brigade. The ‘So What’ singer eventually disabled her social media comments to avoid all the drama.
Jessica Simpson has taken a page out of Pink’s book and decided to shut down her Instagram comments. She has not spoken out about her choice. After all the hateful bullying she has endured the past few weeks, no one can blame her for wanting a little piece.
