Priyanka Chopra is calling for women to stop with the catfighting. She is encouraging females to band together as a sisterhood instead of tearing each other apart.
Nick Jonas’ wife took the stage at BeautyCon in Los Angeles on Saturday night. Chopra tackled several topics, including not seeking validation from others and not being afraid of failure or risk.
“Everyone screws up, and that’s alright. We all have bad days. We all are gonna feel like s$#t sometimes,” the actress began her speech, which was captured by several Instagram users.
The Quantico star didn’t only talk at the audience, preaching her message. She clued in attendees in on times when she felt like someone was pitting her against another woman.

“I’ve had so many times where I’m doing interviews, and people always ask me, ‘You’re doing a movie with a female actor. Did you guys get along? Were there, catfights?’ But when it comes to boys, they say, ‘Oh, my gosh. That’s a bromance, and everyone works so well,” Chopra explained.
She went on to talk about how women are continuously pitted against each other. The brunette beauty insists it is time for those actions to stop. One reason Chopra believes is the cause of the lack of sisterhood is the lack of opportunities for women.
“The more opportunity we create for each other, the more sisterhood will grow. We’re 50 percent of the world population. We need to be represented in every field. We need to be empowered by each other, by people who are in positions of power, by putting women in positions of power,” she revealed.

Actress Priyanka Chopra is doing more than saying women need to stop catfighting and band together in sisterhood. She is putting her money where her mouth is by working hard to champion women daily.
“I realized many, many years ago, the more I champion women in my own small way, maybe I’ll be able be able to create a world, around me at least, where women run the show. Because we kinda do it really well,” Chopra stated.

Her powerful message was interrupted by a Pakistan woman who claimed the actress was “a hypocrite” for “encouraging war between India and Pakistan.” Chopra is a United Nations Goodwill ambassador. She wasted no time clarifying her a Tweet she sent on the subject last March to the audience, as well as putting the critic in her place.
