Spencer Pratt explained why he believes YouTuber Olivia Jade Giannulli would join The Hills after her whole college entrance scandal. The man also revealed that the two of them have a pretty unexpected connection as well!
Since Olivia has stopped posting videos on her YouTube channel ever since the massive college entrance fraud scandal exploded, Spencer believes she should use a different platform to tell her side of the story instead and that would be reality TV, more precisely, The Hills: New Beginnings.
Since the show was approved for its second season, Spencer thinks Lori Loughlin’s daughter would be a great addition to the cast.
‘I want to hear her story on the show, to get down to the bottom of this…That’s who I am energetically putting out there,’ he stated on E! Daily Pop.
His wife and co-star Heidi Montag also joined him for that same interview.
It may sound unexpected for him to have such a suggestion but as it turns out, Spencer and the YouTube star have a random link.
As it seems, Olivia’s boyfriend, Jackson Guthy was Spencer and Heidi’s best man at their televised wedding.
Spencer noted that, when the ceremony was aired on The Hills back in 2009, the singer ‘was a little kid at the time,’ which is also why people may not know anything about this connection.
Jackson just revealed that he has deep feelings for Olivia on August 2 so the reveal’s timing is just right.
And since Spencer’s sister, Stephanie, told a fan she is not coming back in season 2, there would be a free spot on the show.
