Galaxy S10 price crash as Samsung deal makes flagship infinitely more affordable

The all-new Samsung Galaxy S10 was released back in March with it bringing plenty of extra features to this popular brand of smartphones.

This new device gets a triple rear camera, more power under the hood and an Infinity-O display which covers almost the entire from of the phone.

You can even use the S10 to refill other devices and accessories wirelessly via a technology called PowerShare and there’s improved battery life and faster charging.

There’s clearly plenty to like about the S10 and now there’s even more good news with Samsung quietly cutting the price of this flagship device.

When the S10 first launched it would have set you back £999 – for the 512GB model – but that’s no longer the case with this phone now far more affordable.

Samsung is currently listing this phone for the same £799 price as the 128GB S10 which is a saving of £200.

It’s not just the standard S10 that’s seeing its costs reduced as both the S10e and S10+ are also getting big reductions.

This means you can now get the cheaper S10e for just £599 (was £669) and the large-screen S10+ can be reduced by £400 when trading in an older phone.

If you want to know more about the Galaxy S10 you can read our full review here but in summary, we said, “There’s no question that Galaxy S10+ is one of the best phones Samsung has ever made.

“It looks fabulous, has that incredible triple rear camera, good battery life and extras such as the ability to refill other devices wirelessly.

“The screen is also one of the greatest we’ve ever seen and is guaranteed to make your content look better than ever.

“If you buy the S10 or S10+ you are going to love it.”

The news of this price cut comes as Samsung has just announced the launch of its new Galaxy Note 10 smartphone.

This device was announced earlier this week and, for the first time, now comes in two different sizes.

The standard Note 10 gets a 6.3-inch screen whist the larger 10+ features a giant 6.8-inch display.

You’ll also find a fast 7nm processor, longer-lasting battery and the addition of the PowerShare tech found on the S10.

Samsung has also boosted the photographic credentials of the Note 10 with this device getting a triple rear camera and the Note 10+ packing four rear snappers into its rear case.

These include a wide-angle option and a DepthSenor which allows this flagship to produce better depth of field and even scan objects in 3D.

Finally, there’s a big boost to the S Pen stylus which now features the ability to control certain aspects of the device using Air action gestures.

Users can also now jot down notes and instantly convert their handwriting to digital text.

The Note 10 and Note 10+ are available to pre-order now with prices starting from £869.
