According to a report from USAToday, Charlie Sheen recently announced he was proud of the fact his ex-wife is getting some help at a trauma center after recently discovered footage appeared to show her clutching a drug pipe in one hand and a lighter in another.
The 53-year-old actor, Sheen, and Mueller, 41, were married for three years, starting in 2008 and eventually separating in 2011. The pair shares two twin sons, Max and Bob, who are both 10. Published by TMZ this past Friday, Sheen said he heard about Brooke entering a treatment facility and he was happy to hear about it.
Charlie said to reporters from the outlet that, “the kids are great,” and they’re not in any way associated with the things that Mueller has been up to as of late. The actor hopes she gets the help she needs, and he is there as a pillar of support as well.
In a statement to USA Today, Steve Honig, Mueller’s representative claimed Brooke was going to rehab on her own volition. According to her spokesperson, Brooke checked herself into a facility on the East Coast; sobriety is a life-long challenge for many people, he stated.
As it was previously reported, Mueller was taken into a hospital six years ago in 2013 for abusing pharmaceutical drugs. She left rehab in 2017 claims a report from People Magazine and E! News. Mr. Sheen, on the other hand, has dealt with substance abuse as well in the past.
Back in 2011, Charlie Sheen was involved in a very publicized feud with Chuck Lorre, the creator of Two and a Half Men as well as The Big Bang Theory. Apparently, Charlie’s behavior became incredibly out of hand, moreover, he did an infamous interview with ABC News’ 20/20 in which he made several bizarre – and subsequently mocked – statements.
A few years later, during an interview with Matt Lauer on the set of the Today show, the Two and a Half Men actor admitted that he contracted HIV. Coincidentally, Mueller once reportedly stated she was lucky not to have caught the illness from Charlie.

Furthermore, a sex worker filed suit against Mr. Sheen as well after he made his story public.
