Jennifer Aniston Says She Wants A ‘Friends’ Reboot – Admits She Misses The Show

It sounds like the diehard fans are not the only ones who want to see the show make a comeback. Actress Jennifer Aniston admitted that she misses the beloved sitcom and would love to have a reboot.

Aniston, who played the character of Rachel Green for about a decade, noted that she is ‘super nostalgic’ of Friends.

For her InStyle cover story, the actress raved over the ‘90s, which is the decade when Friends aired.

‘I started to find my own confidence when I was on Friends. In a way, being on the show was the ultimate trust exercise. There was comfort in numbers, so we all held each other up. I miss a lot about that period of time. Having a job which was absolute, pure joy,’ she told the news outlet during her interview.

But while the show was super popular at the time, what really made the experience so memorable and great was not the fame but her co-stars.

Aniston said that ‘I miss getting to be with people I love massively and respect beyond words. So, yes, these days I’m super nostalgic. Anything can make me go, ‘Aww.’’

The celeb is obviously looking back at the past with fondness but that is not all as she is also actually entertaining the idea of being part of a reboot.

When Ellen DeGeneres asked her if she wanted to have a Friends 2.0 back in June, Jennifer did not hesitate to reply: ‘Why not? You know what, because, listen, I told you this before. I would do it. The girls would do it. And the boys would do it, I am sure…Listen. Anything could happen.’
