Laura Hamilton, 37, opened up about her “shocker” of a day while filming in France for A Place In The Sun yesterday. The presenter addressed the issues she experienced on location in an Instagram video in video of her 54,000 followers. She told fans: “It’s quarter past two here in France, being an hour ahead, and I’ve had a bit of a shocker. “We haven’t been able to do our opening chat, we haven’t been able to do much really.”
“Really late start for us here this morning, but I wanted to show you my dress”, the TV personality added as she manoeuvred the camera to show off her brightly patterned outfit.
Laura went on to explain what had caused the delays in the filming schedule as she added: “If the house hunters had clothes, then I’d hopefully be able to find them the house of their dreams, but they don’t have clothes right now.”
In spite of the wardrobe mishap, the star reassured viewers that the house hunters wouldn’t be baring all during the opening segment.
She giggled as she continued: “That doesn’t mean that there’s going to be a naked opening chat by the way.
“They have gone to look for clothes so hopefully I’ll have some house hunters soon!”
Adding to the dramatic moment, Laura wrote: “DISASTER!!! @aplaceinthesunofficial”, across the video on the social media platform.
The blonde beauty also addressed the blunder on her Instagram page as she posted a radiant snap of herself in her dress from the day, which was covered in printed houses.
She added the caption: “If you zoom in, you can see how appropriately dressed I am this week…
“My house hunters on another matter are not… check out my stories to find out why…”

Elsewhere, Laura Hamilton was pictured putting on a cosy display with her husband Alex Goward at a red carpet event.
The Channel 4 favourite tenderly kissed her other half at the event before the couple enjoyed a trip to see Peter Pan at the theatre with their two children Rocco and Tahlia Goward.
Sharing a video of an exciting scene from the show, Laura wrote: “Never seen a Neverland like it @peterpanldn #Saturday.”
