Katie Price opened up about her life on Loose Women this afternoon and left both viewers and panel surprised when she made an unexpected announcement.
The panellists were keen to find out how her romance with Kris Boyson was going and Katie hinted things were going very well.
Coleen Nolan began: “So we’ve been told just before you came on that you’ve got this big announcement, which we have no idea what it is, genuinely.”
Katie could be seen smiling as she then raised her left hand in front of her to show off a huge sparkler.
“Well can’t you see,” she said showcasing a diamond engagement ring on her left hand.
The panel and audience could be heard audibly gasping at the very unexpected announcement.
“Engaged!” Gloria Hunniford shouted, while Nadia Sawalha continued: “Oh my god! Look at that.”
Gloria continued: “Is it someone we know who’s given it to you?”
Katie laughed: “Oh I don’t know about that Gloria, we’ll have to go through the book.
“So, Kris bought that ring for that finger so there you go.”
Katie went on to add: “He has met this match. He puts me in his place. He’s strict with me.”
“He’s a good guy. He’s great with Harvey. Things are actually going well. I’ve got the man. I’m happy.”
Kris has been a strong presence on the 41-year-old’s show My Crazy Life and in her life following her split from third husband Kieran Hayler.
Katie and Kieran are currently in the process of getting divorced.

The businesswoman also has son Harvey, who suffers from Prader-Willi Syndrome, with footballer Dwight Yorke.
