This Morning presenters Eamonn Holmes, 59, and Ruth Langsford, 59, discussed how to stay cool during the current hot weather with their co-star Alison Hammond, 44, today.
During the segment, the latter told the couple it was best to face a fan towards an open window to cool the whole room, rather than facing a fan directly towards you.
The presenter then rounded up her segment telling viewers staying cool at home was “simple”.
Eamonn then told Alison she had missed a vital tip, which Ruth “insists on”.
Seeming intrigued, Ruth glanced over at Eamonn before he repeatedly said: “Blow on me, blow on me.”
After Ruth and Alison got the giggles, he went on to demonstrate him blowing on her.
“She loves a bit of that, don’t you?” the presenter added, as his companions continued to uncontrollably laugh.
He then went on say the story was “true”, before Ruth changed the subject to ice cream, appearing embarrassed.
Eamonn and Ruth are currently fronting the show for the next six weeks during the summer school holidays.
Earlier this month, Ruth Langsford made a saucy remark about her spouse during a chat with Kem Cetinay, 23, on the show.
The trio discussed the latest Love Island gossip but swiftly moved on to discuss the new Al-based FaceApp.
The popular app has been a hit with celebrities and social media users, with many sharing a glimpse of their future selves online.
Kem reversed the use of the app and displayed Ruth and Eamonn in their younger years.
Taking a glimpse at her younger self, Ruth commented: “Ah. That takes me back.”
She then turned to Eamonn and said: “That’s when you met me darling.”
After Kem displayed Eamonn’s throwback snap, Ruth said of her husband: “He was hot.
“Eamonn was so hot when he was young,” she added, before adding the photo shown to the camera looked “nothing like him.”
Eamonn added: “I was better looking than that, let me tell you.”
The television duo tied the knot in 2010 and share 17-year-old son Jack.
Eamonn shares three older children with his ex-wife Gabrielle.
