AJ Pritchard, 24, took to Instagram to share more picturesque snaps from his holiday in Greece after posting his first couple-style photo with his new flame Abbie Quinnen, 23, on Friday. However, in spite of the pair making the most of some quality time together on the romantic trip, it appears the Strictly Come Dancing professional brought along some surprising guests to join them. AJ shared a series of photos of his mum and dad, Adrian and Debbie Pritchard, while they were tucking into dinner in the holiday resort. Marking an important milestone in their relationship, AJ’s Instagram story snaps appear to suggest Abbie has now been officially introduced to both of his parents as his girlfriend.
Sharing his appreciation for his family members, AJ wrote over the pictures in view of his 429,000 followers: “Love you Mum” and “You too Dad.”
Elsewhere, Abbie continued to focus on her beau as she shared a Boomerang clip of the star doing an impressive forward flip into the swimming pool with her 4,839 followers.
The couple, who are both professional dancers, went Instagram official by posing for a sweet photo together last week.
They were pictured adorably holding hands, as AJ wrapped his arm around the blonde beauty in a tender embrace.
The duo smiled sweetly for the camera, with Abbie wearing an orange summer dress and white sandals and AJ making a statement in a colourful patterned shirt.
The BBC favourite captioned the photo: “Feeling HAPPY…”
Abbie also shared the picture on her own Instagram page and wrote: “Making memories”, alongside a love heart emoji.
AJ and Abbie’s loved-up getaway comes after the Strictly star opened up about his relationship status to OK! Magazine.
He divulged to the publication: “I’m currently seeing another dancer [Abbie] but it’s very early days.
“I’m working constantly so I don’t get to see her too often, but I’m very happy.”
A source had previously told The Sun the dancers make a “perfect pairing”.
They explained: “It’s very early days between them but their friends think they make a perfect pairing.
“They’ve been on a number of low key dates and were seen being very tactile with each other at a couple of parties during the tour.”
AJ is believed to have met Abbie when she auditioned for his Get On The Floor Live tour.
Meanwhile, AJ’s brother Curtis Pritchard, 23, is currently coupled up with Maura Higgins, 28, in the Love Island 2019 villa.
The Islander was previously in a relationship with his “half girlfriend” Amy Hart, 27, who walked out of the ITV2 show when the pair broke up.
