Stanley Johnson second wife: How Stanley remarried – and gave Boris two half siblings

Stanley Johnson is a former politician who was the Conservative MEP for Wight and Hampshire East from 1979 to 1984. He came to greater prominence in recent years after stealing the hearts of the nations in ITV reality show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! The politician’s good-natured relationship with co-star Georgia Toffolo saw him appeal with younger voters. The 78-year-old is in fact best known for being the father of Boris Johnson, one of his six children.

Four of his children come from his first marriage to Boris’s mother Charlotte Fawcett who he married in 1963.

The other children he has with Charlotte are journalist Rachel Johnson, MP for Orpington Jo Johnson and film-maker Leo Johnson.

When Stanley split from Charlotte in 1979, he went on to marry Jennifer Kidd two years later.

He had two children with her named Julia and Maximillian.

Both children keep a lower profile than their older half-siblings but both have achieved success in their lives.

Julia is an author while Maximilian, who goes by Max, works as a Goldman Sachs employee in Hong Kong.

Julia said previously of her decision not to go into politics: “I have essentially steered clear of any professional comparisons with my xanthic-haired, Roman-nosed, Latin-spouting relations.”

Her first novel, The Otherlife, aimed at the young adults market was published in July 2016.

Max married his beautiful fiancé Gabriela Maia in Indonesia last year, the Daily Mail reported.

The beach wedding took place on the island of Sumba.

None of the Johnson family were invited, the publication reported but there were no fallings out.

Rachel Johnson wrote on Gabriela’s social media page: “So happy and thrilled with my new sister-in-law.”
