1. Different cell carriers and signal types(3g/4g) has different frequencies, please confirm your cellphone is on Band 5,13 or 12/17 by the methods below:
For Android system, you can download “LTE discovery” to find the band and network frequency.
For Apple IOS system, please dial the NO. *3001#12345#* then click “Serving Cell Info” .
2.There should be at least 1-2 bars signal outside to make it work, as our booster can’t create signal.
