Carole Middleton takes inspiration from Kate in green midi dress at Wimbledon 2019

Carole Middleton dressed up in a stunning green dress as she attended Wimbledon 2019. Kate Middleton’s mum arrived wearing the belted midi dress and carrying a white straw hat. She appeared to take inspiration from Kate, who wore a very similar dress to attend Hampton Court Flower Show last week. Carole arrived at the sporting event with her husband, Michael Middleton, 70.

At the games, Carole embraced the warm weather and opted to head out without a jacket.

She wore a green wrap dress which had cap sleeves and the top crossed to create a v-neck style.

The garment was given shape by a matching tie which wrapped around the middle of the dress.

There was a black and white triangle pattern across the whole of the garment.

It cut off just below the knee and she chose to keep her legs bare.

Carole dressed up the look with a small cross necklace and a pair of cream drop jewell earrings.

The mum-of-three also wore a thin gold chain around her wrist and covered her face with a pair of large black Ray-Ban sunglasses.

In her hand, Carole held onto a white straw hat which had a thin black strip around the middle.

The royal’s mum also carried a small cream leather bag.

She complemented the look with a pair of tan high heel shoes which had an open toe.

Last week, Kate stepped out wearing a similar emerald patterned wrap dress.

This design also pulled in at the waist and had a similar white pattern across it.

Carole isn’t the only member of Kate’s family to attend the sporting event and her sister, Pippa Middleton, watched the games earlier this week.

Pippa kept it casual with a loose pink dress and finished the look with a straw hat.

She carried a small straw clutch bag in her hand and finished the look with barely there heels.
