WWE RAW PREVIEW: Roman Reigns and Undertaker status, Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins link up

Mixed Tag Team Match

RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and Universal Champion Seth Rollins are set to team up once more to take on Andrade and Zelina Vega in a Mixed Tag Team Match.

Lynch and Rollins defeated Maria and Mike Kanellis last week and were then challenged to a fight by the SmackDown duo shortly after.

The WWE power couple are set for a very tough test ahead of their Winners Take All Mixed Tag Team Match at Extreme Rules this Sunday against Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans.

The Club is back

AJ Styles reformed The Club with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson last week after he failed to win the US Championship from Ricochet.

Styles, Gallows and Anderson attacked the US Champion after the match and capped off the assault with the challenger delivering a thunderous Styles Clash from the second rope.

The Phenomenal One doesn’t seem to be done with Ricochet and a match between them could be set for Extreme Rules.

Roman Reigns in action

Roman Reigns will team up with The Undertaker this Sunday at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in a No Holds Barred Tag Team Match against Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre.

However, Reigns will first have to undergo a tough test on RAW as he will link up with a mystery partner of McMahon’s choosing and will take on his Extreme Rules opponents just six days before their scheduled fight.

If Undertaker interferes in any way then he will be removed from this Sunday’s matchup.

Rey Mysterio returns

Rey Mysterio is set to return to RAW just two months after suffering a shoulder injury at the hands of Samoa Joe.

Mysterio defeated Joe for the US Championship at Money in the Bank but then had to relinquish it back to The Destroyer due to his injury.

The three-time world champion will probably not rekindle his rivalry with Samoa Joe as he is set to challenge Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship at Extreme Rules.

Braun Strowman update

Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley were taken to hospital after last week’s RAW when they both crashed through the LED board during their Falls Count Anywhere Match.

There is quite a lot of uncertainty about the severity of Strowman’s injuries but WWE hinted that he got seriously hurt.

Lashley, on the other hand, was released from immediate care soon after and promised that next time he faces The Monster Among Men he will “send him to the morgue”.

Reports suggest that WWE will bring Strowman back to his roots and book him as The Monster Among Men once more.
