It claims that the dreaded ‘keto fog’, a phrase used to describe the confusion and lethargy that can be experience when starting the diet, can be helped by drinking apple cider vinegar.

The apple cider weight loss benefits have long been touted by health enthusiasts. 

A number of studies have shown the effects, including a study of obese rats.

It found the drink not only reduced the store of belly fat, but stopped them from gaining fat as easily in the first place.

Another study found dieters who has two tablespoons of ACV a day saw an increased average weight loss of 3.7 pounds.
