Roger Federer hits Wimbledon ball boy in the head with ferocious forehand – Pictures

Federer is well renowned for his incredible accuracy on the court.

But even the greatest at times can get it a bit wrong.

Returning on Pouille’s serve, the Frenchman sent one long with Federer opting to try and return it back over the net.

However, instead of hitting it harmlessly towards the back of the court, Federer caught one of the ball boys by the net square on the head.

The 20-time Grand Slam champion immediately held up his hands to apologise to the boy.

But the youngster brushed off the incident, giving Federer a thumbs up to insist he was okay.
