Stacey Dooley, 31, took to her Instagram stories and shared two photos of her new home before sharing a candid quote about “living in the moment”. The Strictly Come Dancing winner, who split from her ex-boyfriend Sam Tucknott earlier this year, had reportedly left the home the couple previously shared together in Brighton. The documentary-filmmaker has now found new dwellings but admitted they remain a bit “sparse”. In view of her 728,000 followers, she shared a black and white snap of a monochrome styled kitchen.
The high ceilings in the kitchen area featured drop lights as the counter surface was accessorised with light touches – including a flower vase and a laptop.
The floor had a fluffy rug placed next to a small table which was also complete with flowers.
In the second snap, Stacey could be seen drinking a beverage as she was kitted it out in a sweatshirt and trousers.
The pale walls brought out the wooden flooring, as the journalist stood beside a table which had a small candle next to a bouquet of flowers.
She captioned the image: “New pad is v v sparse,” referring to the limited furnishings.(sic)
It comes after it was previously reported Stacey had moved in with her rumoured boyfriend and Strictly dance partner Kevin Clifton, 36, for a short while.
A source told The Sun: “Stacey needed somewhere else to live. Kevin has been really relaxed about letting her stay and so far it’s working really well.
“Stacey is not sure whether she’ll stay for good but for now it’s a good place for her to set up base.”

Following the debut of her new living space, the Strictly winner shared two cryptic messages.
The first read: “You are so lovely. Oh my God I’m so glad you exist.”
She then shared a quote which stated: “You just need to give it your best and live in the moment.”
Stacey did not spill who or what the messages were in reference to, but it comes just days after the journalist was spotted with her rumoured beau Kevin, as they strolled down Portobello Road in London together.
In pictures obtained by The Mirror, Stacey could be seen with a gold band on her ring finger.
The pair have yet to confirm or deny claims they’re in a relationship but have been pictured looking cosy together in recent weeks.
Stacey and Kevin first met on Strictly Come Dancing 2018 last year, before going on to life the Glitterball in December.
