It typically happens towards the end of the month, but the day and time Major Nelson reveals the new Games with Gold line-up regularly gets changed up.
However, there is good reason to believe the new selection of free Xbox One games in the Games with Gold July 2019 line-up will be announced today.
Historically inbound Games with Gold line-ups are announced on a weekday and are not revealed on the last day of the month.
Seeing as today (Friday June 28) is the last weekday in the month it seems likely this is when the new free Xbox One games will be revealed.
The Games with Gold July 2019 line-up will be announced on the Major Nelson Twitter, but the time that it happens could vary.
For instance, the current Games with Gold line-up was announced at 4pm UK time on Thursday May 30.
While the May selection of free Xbox One games was revealed at 8.01pm BST on Monday April 29, with the April line-up announced on March 26 at 3.02pm BST.
There is a big window in which Major Nelson could announce the Games with Gold July 2019 line-up today.

Ahead of the Games with Gold July 2019 reveal predictions have been made about what the next free Xbox One and Xbox 360 games will be.
In a post online Game Revolution predicted which Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles will feature in the Games with Gold July 2019 line-up.
They expect the Xbox One free games could be Sniper Elite 3 or Red Faction Guerrilla: Re-Mars-tered Edition.
While the indie game included with Games with Gold July 2019 is predicted to be Insomniac’s Song of the Deep or Hyper Light Drifter.
At the moment there have been no leaks about what the next free Xbox One games could be, but Express.co.uk will update this story if a leak emerges.
In the meantime, time is running out to download the current free Xbox One games included with Games with Gold.

The free Xbox One games included with the Games with Gold June 2019 line-up are NHL 19 and Rivals of Aether.
The latter is available for awhile longer, with Rivals of Aether leaving Games with Gold on July 15.
But NHL will be departing the selection of free Xbox One games on Sunday June 30.
The free Xbox 360 title, Earth Defense Force 2017, is also leaving Games with Gold on the same day.
Portal: Still Alive was part of Games with Gold, but the Xbox 360 title departed the service earlier this month.
