Weight loss diet: This is the best exercise for weight loss according to celebrity trainer

No matter what reason slimmers have to shape up, diet and fitness is at the forefront of many people’s minds. Following a structured diet plan can be a great way to lose a few pounds but slimmers can speed up the results by adding in something else as well. Celebrity personal trainer, Simone De La Rue, opened up about the importance of exercise when losing weight. Simone revealed adding in one specific form can help slimmers see a huge transformation in their bodies and she also shared her tips on how to stay motivated.

When it comes to beating the bulge, following one form of exercise could trump the rest for getting quick results.

Simone told Express.co.uk: “People aren’t doing enough cardio. Women do barre workouts and yoga and pilates which are all brilliant but you really need that element of cardio for you heart health.

“You also need cardio to try and stay in a calorie burning state and be more productive in that workout. If you want to lose weight you have to do cardio.”

Adding in more cardio can help slimmers cut body fat more quickly and finding an enjoyable exercise plan is the key to sticking with it, Simone revealed.

“You’re not going to see change in your body if you come once a week so you have to commit.”

She added: ”Find something that resinates with you and that you like to do then it won’t be a chore. Try and find a fun way for working out.”

When beginning the weight loss journey, it is also important slimmers don’t rush when trying to see results.

Simone told Express.co.uk: “It’s daunting, the most important thing is to start slowly, lots of people will go on a diet and cut out everything on day one and they go work out for two hours.

“You can’t sustain that and you will burn out really quickly. Don’t set crazy goals because you’ll fail. Find a workout buddy or trainer so you’re accountable.

“If you have someone to show up for then you won’t fail.”

To lose excess pounds, and keep them off, slimmers need to be prepared to take their time, but adding in the right exercises could help them on their journey.

Simone De La Rue is a celebrity personal trainer based in the US who has recently opened her fitness studio, Body By Simone, in London which offers a number of fitness classes.

If hoping to lose weight, pairing an active lifestyle with a healthy diet is likely to speed up the process.

For many people, following a diet plan of intermittent fasting can be a great way to start.

This plan can also boost the metabolism and help burn more fat, research showed.

A high-protein and low-carb diet can burn belly fat as well.
