Tommy Fury: Love Island star to dump Molly-Mae Hague after Lucie Donlan offer?

Tommy Fury has had his fair share of the women on Love Island, but seems to be happy in his couple with Molly-Mae Hague.

The pair appear to be settled, but there is undoubtedly a thorn in their side: Lucie Donlan.

She initially had feelings for Tommy, but chose to go with Joe Garratt, who she eventually became exclusive with.

However, she has recently said she would “never say never” to getting closer to Tommy, despite Molly-Mae.

Yesterday, in the Twitter game, a viewer suggested Tommy and Lucie would make a better couple than the one he is already in.

It sparked a conversation in the villa about how close Lucie and Tommy should be allowed to be.

In this evening’s Love Island instalment, Tommy and Molly-Mae head on their first date, and they look set to putting their Lucie woes behind them.

However, back at the villa, the boys discuss what Lucie said and it’s Curtis Pritchard who throws a spanner in the works.

He said: “I have heard something through the grapevine, that somebody asked Lucie, ‘would you ever go there with Tommy, is that a complete closed door?’ and she said ‘never say never’.”

Danny Williams hits back: “In my opinion, that’s disrespectful. Whether you feel it or not, keep that to yourself.”

Anton adds: “I would actually be quite disappointed if that was the case. The impression I got was the next person she would be open to is someone that comes in that was 100 per cent her type and is very compatible with her.”

Danny seems to be more dubious about Lucie and her intentions, and it appears the boys are well and truly turning on her.

He says: “I was under the impression that’s the only reason she was still here. Now after that comment, is she just waiting on the sidelines for something to go wrong?”

However, Lucie isn’t happy at the restrictions being placed on her and her friendship with Tommy.

She tells the girls: “I’m not going to stop talking to him or stop acting like I did before around him, because that’s not really fair. It’s not normal.

“I don’t know if it’s him or her that’s come to this agreement. It’s weird to put an agreement on a friendship.”

Lucie adds in the Beach Hut: “The fact that there’s boundaries on the friendship now between me and Tommy just annoys me more so I feel like I just want to go and talk to him more now because that’s just how I am which is bad, but I think that’s just weird.”

Will Lucie cause some major upset for Molly-Mae and Tommy? And will Tommy end up dumping his partner for his friend?

Meanwhile, a first-look video showed Maura Higgins and Tom Walker go head-to-head.

He has been going off her and he has’t been wholly honest with her, much to the fiery Irish grid girl’s annoyance.

Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 at 9pm.
