New iPhone 11 could eclipse the Google Pixel 3 and Huawei P30 Pro

New iPhone 11 is anticipated to be revealed later this year – Apple typically unveils its newest handsets in September.

Although it is still months until the hardware is expected to debut, that has not stopped rumours and leaks surfacing about the device.

Alleged renders of the new iPhone 11 first appeared back in January courtesy of renowned tipster OnLeaks and Digit.In.

The claimed Apple hardware was showcased with a triple camera system on its rear housed in a square module.

The trio of lenses were positioned in a triangle shape; it has been tipped by renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo the hardware will come with a primary, telephoto and an ultra wide-angle sensor on its rear.

Kuo has insisted Apple will unveil three iPhone models in 2019; two are expected to be direct successors to the firm’s current iPhone Xs and Xs Max devices while the third is anticipated to be a sequel to the iPhone XR.

The analyst has speculated the next iPhone XR will come with a dual camera system as opposed to a single sensor that is currently found on Apple’s cheaper device.

In terms of the new iPhone 11, many of the leaks surrounding the hardware have focused on its new camera system.

One of the most tantalising of which comes via XDA Developers host and writer Max Weinbach that claimed the new iPhone 11 will feature a “camera night mode” similar to what is already offered on some Huawei devices and Google’s Pixel series.

Weinbach shared information with YouTuber EverythingApplePro who discussed the matter.

He said: “I have a dedicated leak with Max Weinbach regarding the cameras on the 2019 iPhone.

“Now he’s saying they will have a dedicated night mode for taking pictures in non-optimal situations.

“So without activating the flash you’re going to be able to take the best picture you can possibly take and earlier he did say this would be better than Huawei’s or Samsung’s or Google’s Night Sight mode.

“So apparently this will be the best picture taking camera app or function built-in with a digital image signal processor for taking pictures in the night.”

EverythingApplePro showed a text he claimed was sent from Weinbach discussing the new iPhone feature.

It read: “According to my source, Apple is working on a camera night mode similar to Google and Huawei.

“They say it should enable automatically in certain situations but it could have a dedicated mode. It is being tested for the 2019 iPhones.”

As mentioned above, EverythingApplePro claimed Weinbach said the new iPhone 11 will offer a night mode “better” than what is currently offered by Huawei and Google.

If true, the new iPhone 11 could outperform the Pixel 3 and P30 Pro with regard to taking photos in low-light conditions.

However, while the new iPhone rumour will surely be incredibly tantalising for fans, it is worth noting Apple has not confirmed any details about its future handsets.
