Yesterday, AJ told his 401,000 followers he was “too ill” to work out in the gym.
AJ, whose brother is currently in the Love Island 2019 villa, said next to a snap of himself: “Too ill to train today.. All about REST.. @virginactiveuk #stretch.”
His fans inundated the comment section with many wishing AJ well, with one writing: “Rest up and you’ll be back to your usual self soon!!
“Hope everything’s okay, lots of rest and speedy recovery.”
A third added: “Take it easy aj, dont push yourself too hard. Your body can only do so much. xxx”
Meanwhile, AJ had some Strictly Come Dancing news for his fans last week.
The star joined many of his costars on the professional tour this year, but AJ revealed he won’t be back on it when it returns in 2020.
The dancer will instead be busy focusing on his new show, AJ Live, which is expected to go nationwide in March.
AJ uploaded a picture of himself on stage along with female dancers, where he said: “Thank You for all the messages asking if I am doing the Strictly Professional Tour in May 2020 – I won’t be on this tour next year…
“I wish everyone great success in their tours & I will be announcing my AJ Live March 2020 dates imminently!… #ajlive2020.”
Last month, AJ confirmed he would be venturing out on his own nationwide tour next year.
The star revealed he won’t just be dancing in it, but will also be the creative director and producer.
Announcing the exciting news, he said: “The News is Out, I’m going back on Tour!
“AJ LIVE 2020, My Dream Dance Show which I will Deliver to you as The Creative Director & Producer.”
He continued: “This will be a show like no other with new concepts & dances like you’ve never seen. Tell me where you want the Tour to come..
