Trump makes bizarre death joke over Melania love note as he launches 2020 Presidential bid

Speaking at the rally, Mr Trump launched an offensive at the media and boasted of the success of his Presidential term. However, during an attack against his 2016 presidential rival, Hillary Clinton, the US President spoke of the email controversy that surrounded her campaign. During her election run, it emerged that classified emails on Ms Clinton’s personal email account had been deleted prior to public knowledge.

In reference to the email controversy, Donald said: “Can you imagine if I had been subpoenaed for emails.

“If I had deleted one email like a love note to Melania, it would’ve been the electric chair for me.”

Also at the ‘Make America Great Again’ event the First Lady delivered a touching tribute to her husband, Donald at the re-launch of his 2020 Presidential in Florida.

The First Lady stunned in yellow as she paid tribute to the President for the work he has done for the country over the last two years while also stating his “love for the US”.

But her choice of a bright canary yellow jumpsuit may be a subtle nod to liberal values, as the colour is widely recognised to represent those political views.

During her address, Melania also stated that she was “excited” to be in office for another term as she joined her husband on stage to re-launch his campaign.

Speaking to their supporters, Melania said: “I’m proud of my husband, his administration and our entire family have done on behalf of the American people.

“He truly loves this country.

“He will continue to work on your behalf as long as he can.”

Following his wife’s speech, Donald took to the stage where he boasted of his achievements since he took over as President.

Donald also labelled the 2016 election as one of the “defining moments” in history.

The President also attacked the “fake news media” while also criticising the Mueller report which was released earlier this year.
