Charlotte Hawkins and Kate Silverton turn heads as they lead stars at Royal Ascot 2019

TV presenters Charlotte Hawkins, 44, and Kate Silverton, 48, arrived at Ascot Racecourse today for Royal Ascot 2019.

The Good Morning Britain host and BBC star stepped out in complimentary red dresses for the prestigious event which is attended by the Queen and senior members of the Royal family.

Charlotte cut a typically elegant figure in a knee-length cream dress adorned with a red leaf pattern.

Her figure-hugging number featured stylish ruffled sleeves and a black belt which highlighted her slim waist.

The television personality, who wore her hair in a chic chignon, finished off her look with a coordinating small hat with feathers and a pair of red high heels.

BBC presenter Kate stole the spotlight in a floaty red shirt dress, which tied at the waist, and featured a small ruffled detail at the collar and on the skirt.

She teamed her dress with a circular hat and wore black heels and a matching handbag.

The former Strictly Come Dancing stars posed for pictures together ahead of the first race and were joined by Jazz singer Natalie Rushdie who also wore a scarlet outfit.

Other guests at the well-dressed event included model Jodie Kidd who wore a eye-catching colourful hat.

The intricate headpiece was made of several mini hats in different colours and was commissioned by bookmaker Ladbrokes.

Princess Diana’s niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, 28, looked lovely in lace when she arrived at the racecourse.

As did Victoria’s Secret model Georgia Fowler who was pretty in pink with a gorgeous Philip Treacy floral hat.
