Victoria Beckham: ‘So sad’ Fans fume as David Beckham's wife misses Spice Girls concert

Many Spice Girls fans were pinning their hopes on Victoria Beckham, known as Posh Spice, reuniting with her bandmates, Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C in London last night.

However, Victoria, 44, was nowhere to be seen and wasn’t even in the country.

The mother-of-four was in Seville, Spain with her husband, David Beckham, to watch his former Real Madrid team mate, Sergio Ramos, tie the knot to his now wife, Pilar Rubio

Victoria uploaded a picture to her Instagram of her and David posing in their wedding attire.

She captioned her snap, translated from Spanish: “What a beautiful day in Seville with friends celebrating the wedding of @sergioramos y @pilarrubio_oficial kisses @davidbeckham.”

Victoria’s 25.5 million followers were not pleased she was in Spain and would not be making a surprise appearance at Spice Girls’ final concert.

One person commented: “So sad you didn’t even bother to go watch one of the Spice Girls’ concerts at Wembley Stadium. Shame!”

Another fumed: “You not going to Wembley to support the girls like you said you would in many interviews ?????”

A third said: “It was the Spice Girls who led you to Posh Spice who led you to David who led you to Victoria Beckham. #gettowembley #spiceupyourlife.”

“You have disappointed me, Posh,” a fourth commented.

At the final concert, the Spice Girls had a huge celebrity guest in the audience, Adele.

Geri, or Ginger Spice, shared a selfie with the Grammy-award winner ahead of the show.

“Finally together,” she captioned the photo.

During their performance at Wembley, the band led the crowd in an impromptu singalong of Adele’s hit song Someone Like You after they announce she was in the audience.

Adele shared a tribute to the Spice Girls on her Instagram where she said she “laughed, screamed and danced” during the reunion show.

She said: “Oiii last time I saw the Spice Girls at Wembley was 21 years ago!

“Tonight with my nearest and dearest i cried, laughed, screamed, danced, reminisced and fell back in love with my 10 year old self.

“It’s no secret how much I love them, how much they inspired me to run for my life and never look back.”

She continued: “I finally got to meet Ginger, I got drunk with the girls and quite frankly I can’t believe how far I’ve come.”

Adele concluded: “Thank you for the madness I get to live, I couldn’t have got here without you 5 BRITISH legends! I love you!”
