Electricity is being restored to tens of millions of homes and businesses across South America after a massive power failure.
Argentina, Uruguay and parts of Paraguay were left without power shortly after 07:00 (11:00 BST), causing trains to be halted and failures with traffic signalling, according to local media.
Argentine President Mauricio Macri has promised a full investigation.
