Emma Bunton meets Spice Girl super fan Emma Stone at Wembley stadium

Emma Bunton, 43, was introduced to Spice Girls super fan Emma Stone last night at Wembley Stadium.

The singer, also known as Baby Spice, took to social media to document the encounter which took place ahead of the sold out Spice Girls concert.

Sharing a picture of the duo with her one million Instagram fans, the Spice Girl wrote: “When Emma met Emma. #2become1.”

Clearly delighted to meet each other, the two Emma’s can been seen with big smiles on their faces as they cosy up and hug for the snap.

The wannabe Spice Girl cut a casual figure in a pair of white jeans and a denim jacket adorned with a heart while the pink-haired singer opted for a patterned summer dress.

Talking to Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston on Heart FM earlier in the day, the former radio presenter told the hosts she was really exited to meet the Oscar-winning actress.

She said: “Emma Stone is coming tonight and I’ve never met her – I’m really excited.”

The Spice Girl explained that the La La Land star had even changed her name to sound more like her.

She added: “Her name was Emily and she wanted it to be Emma – she was such a spice girls fan.”

Following their meeting, Emma joined her bandmates Mel B, Geri Horner and Mel C on stage for the first of three nights at Wembley Stadium to end the Spice World 2019 Tour.

The girls have been on tour since May, performing in Dublin, Cardiff, Manchester and Edinburgh to name a few.
