ITV confirmed the Love Island 2019 cast before the launch on June 3. There were a total of 12 cast members who initially went into the villa but since then there’s been a shakeup. The ITV2 series saw Molly-Mae Hague enter the house with new boy Danny Williams joining them on Sunday, June 9. Instagram influencer Molly-Mae joined Love Island contestants like Tommy Fury, Curtis Pritchard and Lucie Donlan.

Molly Mae Hague
Molly Mae Hague is a 20-year-old Instagram influencer from Hertfordshire. who started off with 150,000 followers before entering the villa.
She previously dated midfielder James Maddison and admitted she’d gone out with men from Instagram.
Lucie Donlan
Lucie Donlan, 23, is a surfer from Newquay who describes herself as: “different to the usual girls that might go on the show,” because she’s, “more into sports as well as being glam.”
Lucie, who recently dated ex-Love Island contestant Charlie Frederick, is looking for a sporty guy with: “The typical surfer look – blonde, long hair.”

Amber Gill
Beauty therapist Amber Gill, 21, is from Newcastle and says of herself: “I don’t take myself too seriously and I’m always up for a laugh.”
The contestant, who is friends with former Love Islanders Adam Collard and Ellie Brown, says she is looking for: “Someone who is funny and that I can have fun with and doesn’t take themselves too seriously because I am daft.”
Amy Hart
Worthing native Amy Hart, 26, is a cabin crew manager who has calls herself: “The Bridget Jones of my friendship group.”
On Love Island, she says she is: “Looking for someone to travel the world with, have fun with and someone who is going to love me as much as I love them.

Anna Vakili
Anna Vakili is a 28-year-old pharmacist with a Middle Eastern background hailing from London who said: “I think I’m different to anyone who has been on the show before.”
When asked what her perfect guy would be, she said: “I don’t know if he exists! He would be tall, good-looking, dark hair and dark eyes.”
Yewande Biala
Yewande Biala is a 23-year-old scientist who lives in Dublin, Ireland who wants to follow in the footsteps of fellow “intelligent” Love Islanders like Camilla Thurlow and Dr Alex George.
She says that the kind of man she is looking for in the Love Island villa is: “Someone that has good banter and someone that is easy to get along with and honest.”

Who are the boys of Love Island 2019?
Danny Williams
Danny Williams is a 21-year-old model originally from Hull.
The contestant said ahead of his entry into the villa: “Sometimes I’m too trusting, I could get mugged off and leave myself open to being vulnerable.
“It’s a good and bad thing but also I always see the best in people and always give people second chances.
Anton Danyluk
Airdrie Gym owner Anton Danyluk, 24, wants to be the first Scottish person to win Love Island.
His perfect girl: “Has to be hard working and good looking.”

Tommy Fury
Tommy Fury is 20-years-old and, like his brother Tyson Fury, is a boxer.
He says he is doing the show because: “I don’t want to be labelled as his little brother,” and says his perfect girl has, “blonde hair, blue eyes, good tan.”
Joe Garratt
Catering company owner Joe Garratt, 22, is from South East London who calls himself: “Very fun.”
He says: “I don’t really have a specific type” when it comes to girls but would love to meet someone, “fun, outgoing [who] doesn’t take herself too seriously.”

Tattooed firefighter Michael Griffiths (he says: “who doesn’t want their own firefighter?”) is 27 and from Liverpool.
His perfect girl is: “Somebody I can get along with on an intellectual level and have a conversation with and not be lost in translation.”
Sherif Lanre
Busy Sherif Lanre, 20, is from London and is both a chef and semi-professional rugby player who is: “Always on a mission to make people laugh.”
He is looking for a funny girl, saying: “I feel that I make people laugh so I want a girl that makes me laugh, even if that’s just from being herself and not trying to be funny.”

Callum Macleod – DUMPED
Aircraft engineer Callum Macleod is an aircraft engineer from South Wales who says he is: “A genuine, normal guy and up for a good laugh.”
His dream girl should be: “Blonde and petite,” who, “let me be myself.”
Callum was, unfortunately, the first islander dumped from Love Island 2019.
Curtis Pritchard
Like his brother AJ, 23-year-old Curtis Pritchard is a ballroom and latin dancer who intends to: “Just be myself and have fun.”
The dancer, who appears on Dancing with the Stars Ireland and recently appeared on Celebrity Hunted said: “This sounds really clichéd but love is blind and I truly do believe that.”
