Love Island Lucie Donlon weight loss diet plan revealed as she drops from size 12 to 6

Lucie Donlon entered the Love Island villa this week and is already causing drama after one suitor whisked her away from another last night.

It has now been revealed how the young woman, who is a surfer and aspiring model, shed weight to get in shape for the programme.

Once a size 12, Lucie has lost two stone to reveal a size 6 frame.

Now training company Kapow Healthy Living, which trained Lucie, revealed how she did it.

The company’s Instagram page posted before and after images of the reality TV contestant.

It read: “I have trained Lucie for just over 3 years.. she was one of my first regular clients when I opened my doors to be a business.”

It revealed how an 18-year-old Lucie “had goals and dreams to be a working full time modal and to see her transition from surf coach to international modal has been mind blowing.” [sic]

So how did Lucie do it? The post claims she eats healthy most of the time using a Herbalife product.

It said: “She does stay on point with nutrition 80 per cent of the time and has used Herbalife formula 1 as a healthy breakfast or snack since day 1 – a true ambassador to the product and my company.”

Lucie’s workout programme involves “short HIIT sessions and weight/resistance training 3 days a week.”

The post added: “Lucie’s body and mindset of how she feels about her body has changed ALOT.

“She is so much happier with her physique and along the way she gained body confidence, healthy eating habits, amazing physique, routine and so many personal bests in the gym.”

Love Island’s Caroline Flack as also lost a lot of weight. 

She is known for hosting a number of shows but has also caught fans’ attention with her impressive weight loss.

Another TV star who has lost weight is Lisa Riley. 

What diet did she follow? When she first lost weight, Lisa made sure to watch her portion sizes and ate out a bowl to help her do this.

She told the Mirror: “I had made myself fat by gorging on bread, crisps, crumpets and red wine.

“Once I accepted responsibility for my health, weight and lifestyle it made it easier to take control. You don’t have to have starter, main and pudding.

“If you are doing that you are eating too much.”
