Apex Legends UPDATE: Legendary Hunt event challenges LEAKED early

Apex Legends’ fans are gearing up for the Legendary Hunt event.

The brand new Apex Legends event goes live at 6pm UK time on June 4.

As part of the event, fans will be able to unlock exclusive skins and rewards by completing challenges.

And it looks like a selection of these challenges have leaked ahead of the event’s start time.

According to a post on Reddit, the majority of the challenges revolve around winning matches or finishing in the top five.

You’ll get a Legendary Hunt Badge when you finish in the top 5 in any match, for example.

Finishing in the top 5 in an Elite Top 5 match nets you the Rare Wolfpack G7 Scout weapon skin, while scoring a top 5 finish five times unlocks the Epic Master of the Hunt Bloodhound Legend skin (above).

If you really want to show off, you’ll need to win twice in any queue to earn the Legendary Tamed Beast Triple Take weapon skin.

The leaked challenges can be seen below.

Apex Legends developer Respawn shed some light on the event ahead of its imminent start.

The event adds the Apex Elite Queue, which can be accessed only after scoring a top 5 finish in a regular game.

“Test yourself against the best with the Apex Elite queue,” Respawn explains. “Make it to the Top 5 in any match to earn your way into a select queue full of other Top 5 winners.

“Here’s the catch: in order to continue playing in the queue you will have to keep placing in the Top 5.”

Respawn will also hold a double XP weekend from Friday, June 7, and is giving Battle Pass owners the chance to level up one whole tier a day by finishing in the top 5.
