Chris told listeners Natasha doesn’t answer the phone and “blames” him for the missed call. The 53-year-old was discussing when his parents would arrive home from France. He suggested calling up Natasha and asking her live on air but she didn’t answer.
“So, depending on what time they land the transfer back from the airport to home.”
Co-host interjected: “You might be able to sneak in a bit of work.
“How would we find out what time they’re landing?”
Chris continued: “Well, the more entertaining way would be to ask my wife live on the phone.
“But we could ask the frothy coffee man, I suppose.
“But we could get Tash on the phone from France.
“She’s not picking up at the moment.
“Welcome to my world! And then I get the blame.
“This is not an on-air thing, Ellie but you’re a woman you know about this.
“She doesn’t pick up and then I get it in the neck.
“What’s that about, Ellie?
“I know you don’t like to speak on the radio but I could sense your reaction which was ‘Christopher, just deal with it. She’s your wife, she’s amazing.’
“You’re quite right too.
“But if we got her on the phone we could sort of check to see if someone should come round to tidy the house.”
