AJ Pritchard, 24, revealed he had been drawn in to online shopping last night, sharing anecdotes on his Instagram story in view of his 361,000 followers. “When you see a SALE, got to get it whatever the time,” he announced, informing fans he had done just hat at 12.38am. “Two NEW pairs heading my way. Yay!” he continued, alongside a gif of a pair of trainers.
AJ soon added that he had discovered he already owned one of the pairs of shoes.
“Realised I already have a pair in a different colour,” he said, quipping: “Thank god they are comfy!
“That’s what a midnight shop does to you,” he joked.
The British dancer is best known for his role on Strictly Come Dancing, having joined the professional line-up on the BBC show in 2016.
AJ has made the Strictly semi-final all three years since he started on the programme.
Earlier this year, he was confirmed to be returning when the 2019 series hits screens later this summer.
Meanwhile, his brother Curtis Pritchard, 23, who is also a professional dancer, has signed up as a contestant for this year’s Love Island.
In addition to being AJ’s younger sibling, Curtis is famous in his own right as one of the pros on the Irish version of Strictly, Dancing with the Stars.
Ahead of his stint on Love Island, which launches on Monday, Curtis revealed: “I won’t be having sex on TV — that’s a private matter, if somebody does that, that’s what they want to do but it’s not what I would like to do.
“I feel it’s a very private matter and should be done behind closed doors, not for the world to see,” he told The Sun.
“It should be between you and your loved one.”
Curtis went on to say he would be happy to kiss someone camera but “everything further than that, it should be a private matter”.
Yesterday, Strictly favourite AJ showed his excitement for his brother to be heading into the villa in a cheeky Instagram upload.
Sharing a video which showed an advert of Love Island featuring Curtis flexing his muscular torso which he spotted on the underground, AJ joked; “Who’s that cutie on the tube?”
