Joanna Krupa, 40, uploaded a sweet selfie shoot of herself as she held up the results of a pregnancy test whilst beaming at the camera. In view of her 1.4 million followers, the model captioned the snap: “Hi Guys! “Just wanted to share this amazing news with everyone . Hubby @nunes451 and I are beyond excited about this new chapter in our life and can’t wait to meet this little [angel],” followed by a baby-faced emoji. The exciting new comes just nine months after the blonde beauty tied the knot with husband Douglas.
Fans of the model flocked to congratulate the star, as one person wrote: “So excited for you! You look amazing!”
Another person commented: “I love this! Congratulations! So happy for you! I am too expecting a little boy in September.”
While a third person added: “Congratulations Joanna!”
Joanna and Douglas wed in Krakow in August, just five months after announcing their engagement.
Joanna herself confirmed the news with an Instagram post from inside the church where she wrote: “We did it! It was a very private and small family gathering.
“Wish I could have shared it with all the people that I love.”
The Real Housewives of Miami star previously spoke about her desire to have children and also admitted the precautions she would take in order to have a family in the future.
In 2017, the model revealed she had “frozen her eggs” in a candid interview.
Speaking to Page Six, she divulged: “Thank goodness I froze my eggs. I would honestly be freaking out right now if I didn’t. You never know what life will bring.
“What if that moment comes when you can’t have kids?”
“You don’t want to wake up one day and be like, ‘My God, what was I thinking?’”
She added: “I decided a few years ago to freeze them so I would be safe.”
Joanna rose to fame as a model and has appeared on US reality television series Dancing With The Stars and The Real Housewives of Miami.
In 2010 she hosted the series Poland’s Next Top Model.
