PewDiePie vs T-Series sub count BATTLE: Race for 100 million subscribers ALMOST OVER

The race between PewDiePie and T-Series to reach 100 million subs is about to come to an end.

YouTube sensation PewDiePie and Bollywood music channel T-Series are undoubtedly the most popular channels on the video streaming service.

PewDiePie became most popular channel on YouTube back in 2013, but was overtaken by T-Series earlier this year.

Fan favourite PewDiePie would briefly reclaim his crown, only to be left behind by the Bollywood channel shortly after.

But now the battle that once spawned theĀ ‘Subscribe to PewDiePie’ movement is about to officially come to an end.

At the time of writing, T-Series has amassed a staggering 99,430,168 subs, and is expected to reach the coveted 100 million milestone over the weekend.

PewDiePie, on the other hand, is up to 96,055,574 subs at the time of writing.

According to tracking siteĀ Social Blade, PewDiePie won’t hit 100 million subs for another 12 days.

Founded in 1983, T-Series is described as India’s largest Music Label and Movie Studio.

“T-Series is associated with music industry from past three decades, having ample catalogue of music comprising plenty of languages that covers the length & breadth of India,” reads the channel description.

“We believe after silence, nearest to expressing the inexpressible is Music. So, all the music lovers who believe in magic of music come join us and live the magic of music with T-Series.”

PewDiePie, on the other hand, became popular for his Let’s Play gaming videos. His videos have racked up a staggering 20 billion views on YouTube.
