Kate Middleton looks pretty in pink as she attends the Queen’s garden party in London

Kate Middleton wore a double-breasted pink jacket as she attended the Queen’s garden party.  She wore the pastel pink Alexander McQueen coat dress buttoned up as she attended the party which takes place at Buckingham Palace each summer.  The Duchess paired this with a matching headpiece which had a floral design.  Kate stepped out at the event which the Queen’s hosts each year to recognise and reward the public service of many people.

The coat cut off at the knee and Kate showed off her bare legs.

Nipping in at the waist, the long-sleeved coat also featured large pleats below the waist.

Keeping her accessories simple, Kate appeared to wear no other jewellery than a pair of white pearl earrings.

In her hand, Kate held onto a nude clutch envelope bag.

Kate wore a pair of suede nude stiletto heels and attended the event with her husband, Prince William.

The Duchess kept her make-up simple with a slick of blusher and a pink lipstick.

Also opting for pastels, the Queen stepped out at the event in a sky blue long coat.

She held onto a clear umbrella with a black handle, and matched the look with a small leather black bag.

The Queen had a matching pastel blue hat which had a blue ribbon tied around the middle and a pink floral design.

The monarch hosts the event each year and invites around 30,000 guests.

At the Queen’s party each year, she opens up the garden of Buckingham Palace to invites guests who have had a positive impact in their community.

The day is often attended by senior members of the Government, local Government and the services.

Yesterday, Kate Middleton and the Queen attended the Chelsea Flower Show. 

Kate wore a a stunning Erdem dress, which costs £2,602.

At the event, the Duchess also wore a cream shirt and brown trousers.
