Oklahoma tornado: MONSTROUS twister lands in Mangum as two million lives put 'at risk'

The National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Centre (SPC) issued a threat level 5 out of 5 for violent tornadoes for northwestern Texas and western and central Oklahoma.

Two million people could be impacted by catastrophic tornadoes and flash flooding on Monday.

The SPC said: “This event should result in a significant threat to life and property.”
