Lady Gabriella Windsor is getting married today to her partner of five-years, Tom Kingston. As guests arrive at the royal wedding, it is no surprise they have come in their best outfits for the occasion. Looking ready for Spring, many guests have opted for pastel colours as the arrive to help the couple celebrate. Among the stylish guests, Pippa Middleton and Carole Middleton both arrived looking chic.
Prince Harry arrived at the around wedding with Sophie Winkleman, who is the wife of Lord Frederick and Gabriella’s sister in law.
She wore a light blue dress with feather details, which the Duke of Sussex also wore blue.
Pippa Middleton was spotted arriving at the wedding wearing a floral blue dress with a floral pattern.
The high-neck dress cut off just below the knee and featured sheer sleeves in the same pattern.
The dress had button detailing which went from her shoulder down the the hem and she was nipped in at the waist by a thin matching belt.
Pippa styled the outfit with matching blue heels and a matching felt headband.
Her mum, Carole Middleton arrived wearing a cream coat which cut off above her knee showing off her legs.
The jacket was held shut by a button and a matching cream dress could be seen peeking from underneath.
Another royal, Lady Amelia Windsor, wore a bright pink dress for the event.
The 23-year-old is 39th in line the throne and was once called ‘the most beautiful royal’ by Tatler.
She works as a model, as well as studying at university, and she showed off her fashion nouse today. The gown is by Gul Hurgel and costs £890.
James Middleton’s girlfriend, Alizee Thevenet, wore a stunning scarf print dress which had a pleated skirt.
The dress cut off above her ankle and had long sheer sleeves and had wrap detailing which tied at the waist.
She accessorised the look with a short cream hat and matching clutch bag.
Another guest was spotted in a black floor-length dress which had white and salmon flowers over it.
She paired this with a black blazer and black and salmon head piece.
Her hair was pulled back into a low bun which showed a stunning pair of large black diamond earrings.
Who is Lady Gabriella Windsor?
Lady Gabriella Windsor’s full name is Lady Gabriella Marina Alexandra Ophelia Windsor.
She is the daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent and is 52nd in line to the British throne.
Her father, Prince Michael, is the first cousin of Queen Elizabeth II.
Gabriella’s mother is Baroness Marie Christine von Reibnitz, who is of Greek an German descent.
The royal studied Comparative Literature at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, graduating in May 2004.
Now she is a director on the board of numerous companies including the Branding Latin America, the Playing for Change Foundation and Toucan Ventures. Additionally she writes as a freelance journalist for The London Magazine.
Previously the royal dated British journalist Aatish Taseer, who she met while studying in the USA.
He went on to work as a writer, and is a freelance journalist who has written across a number of publications including Time and the New York Times.
He wrote a controversial piece about Lady Gabriella and her parents for Vanity Fair.
The royal and Aatish were together for three years in the early 2000s.
Gabriella married her partner financier Thomas Kingston on 18 May 2019 at St George’s Chapel in Windsor. The pair because engaged in on the Isle of Sark in August 2018.
When the engagement was announced, the palace released an official statement which read: “The wedding of Lady Gabriella Windsor and Mr Thomas Kingston will take place at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle on Saturday May 18 2019.”
