Rachel Riley: Countdown star struggles with MATHS on GMB as she causes stir in busty look

Countdown host Rachel Riley, 33, surprised the Good Morning Britain hosts when she answered a maths question in a matter of seconds during a quick-fire round, but she struggled to answer others. Susana Reid firstly highlighted she knew how the presenter could divide a dinner bill between numerous people in her head very quickly, after their time on Strictly Come Dancing together. Laughing, the beauty joked she deducts one off of the bill and then divides it, prompting Ben Shephard to add: “I bet no one questions it as well.” The hosts then put Rachel’s maths skills to the test in a quick-fire round.

Ben firstly quizzed her about the square root of 25, to which she answered correctly in a matter of seconds.

He then asked her how many zeros are in a quintillion, to which she admitted she had “no idea”.

Ben went on to ask her what the square root of 15,129 is.

She frowned as she attempted to work out the question, telling the hosts she thinks it “ends in a three”.

Ben then confirmed it did end and jokingly hummed the Countdown theme tune.

Rachel eventually gave up with working out the answer and told the hosts: “This is something a computer does,” before eventually getting to the answer.

The star, who is in a relationship with Strictly pro Pasha Kovalev, appeared on the show sporting a low-cut red dress adorned in flowers.

Her glamorous display didn’t go unnoticed by some viewers who flocked to Twitter to compliment her.

One user commented: “How have I not realised how FIT Rachel Riley is? #gmb.”

A second added: “@RachelRileyRR is looking hot on #GMB #GoodMorningBritain this morning. Nice way to start the day I say lol.”

Ahead of her stint on the show this morning, Rachel took to the micro-blogging site to share a selfie.

The beauty gave her fans a glimpse of her contoured make-up and bouncy curls.

In view of her 636,000 followers, she wrote: “All ready for @GMB at 8.10 to chat numeracy!

“For free help on improving your #EverydayMaths head to http://numeracyday.com you know you want to.”
