John Wick 3 end credits scene: Is it worth sticking around after Keanu Reeves’ latest?

John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum was released yesterday in UK cinemas and with a Rotten Tomatoes score of 93%, it’s the best reviewed in the series so far. The film kicks off minutes after the end of John Wick: Chapter 2, which saw Reeves’ assassin declared Excommunicado after killing a man on The Continental’s neutral ground. He has just one hour to prepare for the worldwide bounty of $14 million on his head to go live. But after all the action, is there an end credits scene to tease John Wick 4.

Sadly there isn’t a post-credits scene for John Wick 3, but it is worth sticking around for a special tribute to Michael Nyqvist.

The actor played the main villain Viggo Tarasov in the first John Wick film and sadly died two years ago.

While there’s no teaser for the next instalment, the film scenes of Parabellum certainly do tease John Wick 4.

John Wick Chapter 3’s finale saw Winston save John by pretending to kill him by shooting his bulletproof suit and pushing him off The Continental’s roof garden. Discovered by Tick Tock Man on the pavement, the heavily injured Wick is taken to the Bowery King’s new lair.

Chad said: “Creatively, it was meant to be an arch over three films [but], who knows, it’s Hollywood.

“If there’s away to crack something like [more movies] and keep the myth going, if the audience isn’t burnt on John Wickisms by then, you can always keep good stories going.

“If it’s the worst thing that ever happened to us, making John Wick movies for the rest of our careers, that’s not a bad thing.

“We love the world, we love shooting people.”
