The Channel 4 favourite, 37, is best known as one of the hosts of A Place In The Sun, which sees them travel to sunny hotspots in search of properties for house hunters. Earlier this month, Laura Hamilton told her 42,000 Instagram followers she was hopping on a plane to Turkey to take the helm on a new travel project. Uploading a picture of her passport, she said: “Off again filming an exciting new travel series!” She added the hashtags: “#izmir #turkey @jet2pics,” and also tagged fellow presenter and makeup artist Hayley Sparkes.
Laura looked to enjoy her time in Turkey, later uploading a picture of the pair of them together, showcasing her gym-honed figure in a blue bikini as they laughed and smiled for the camera.
“When your job and the people you work with make you laugh and smile,” she captioned the shot.
At the weekend, she thanked Hayley and videographer Bad Webb for a “top week” filming in Izmir, saying: “A HUGE Shout out to this lady @hayleymsparkes and this gent @bradjhwebb.”
During their time away, Hayley also shared glimpses at the new series, with one picture showing her posing with Laura in the sunshine.
“Life was made for good friends and new adventures,” she wrote. “Working hard but having the time of our lives travel presenting together in Izmir.”
Just two weeks after sharing the news of her travel venture, Laura plugged the new series of A Place In The Sun on Instagram.
Sharing a snap of herself posing at an al fresco table surrounded by flowers yesterday, she reminded fans the show returned to Channel 4 that afternoon.
“Making LOTS of people’s dreams come true!” she promised, adding: “#tunein #dreams #property #travel #explore #happy #wanderlust #smile.”
Laura joined the presenting line-up on A Place In The Sun in 2012.
She is also known fro taking part in Dancing On Ice in 2011 and got her start in children’s TV, presenting GMTV’s Toonattik.
The blonde beauty keeps fans updated on social media with regular insights into her life traveling the world for A Place In The Sun.
Earlier this week she stripped down to a pair of denim hotpants as she larked about in the pool of one of the properties.
She could be seen kneeling on a bright pink flamingo float, flaunting her slender pins in the tiny shorts, also putting her toned midriff on display in a patterned crop top.
Laura giggled in the picture as she topped up her tan in the sunshine, adding the caption: “Flamingo Friday! Actually it’s @aplaceinthesunofficial Friday and I will be there.
“Who is coming? A world of overseas properties all under one roof…”
