1.45pm: It’s hot on the track and getting even hotter in the drivers’ cockpits after the installation lap.

Lewis Hamilton fuming with Sebastian Vettel when they were making their way out of the pits.

“Vettel’s just been driving dangerously at the pit entry,” reported Hamilton. “He was doing burnouts.”

Could be one to keep an eye on throughout the race if Hamilton and Vettel somehow get close during the race.

1:35pm: Bottas may only sit one point ahead of Hamilton in the standings, but he has certainly won the battle so far in qualifying.

His pole on Saturday for the Spanish Grand Prix was his third consecutive. Hamilton hasn’t started from the front of the grid since the first race of the season.

And Barcelona is notoriously a hard track to overtake so getting out of the first corner in front could prove crucial.

The Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas battle continues but Ferrari were much closer during qualifying.
