Sky TV boost as customers get a FREE treat THIS MONTH and here's how to get it

Sky TV customers are getting some extra content for free this month.

The satellite TV firm has just revealed that it is offering customers without Sky Box Sets or Ultimate On Demand subscriptions the chance to sample the very best of these services for two weeks only.

The first season of over 30 of Sky’s best box sets will be available on demand to customers, including the latest UK and US dramas, all-time classics and comedies.

Sky says it is launching this bonus content to coincide with the May bank holiday and half-term in the UK with the promotion running from the May 24 to June 9.

HERE’S SOME OF THE BOXSETS THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE

The Sopranos • The Wire • Big Little Lies • Westworld • Sex & The City • Billions • The Affair • Dexter • Twin Peaks • 30 Rock • Chicago Fire • S.W.A.T • Seal Team • Nashville • Riviera • The Tunnel • Tin Star • Bulletproof • Delicious • Britannia • Save Me • Sick Note.

The news of this update comes as Sky’s Mobile service has also announced a major sale.

The spring event is cutting the cost of a number of flagship smartphones including the iPhone XR and new Huawei P30 Pro.

Sky says that its new discounts are available to new and existing customers and you don’t need to subscribe to the firm’s TV service to enjoy these lower prices.

Along with the latest phones customers joining on a SIM only deal can get 2GB data for just £6 per month instead of £12, saving £72.

This includes unlimited calls and texts as well as unlimited streaming of Sky apps.
