Lucy Verasamy, 38, looked incredible as always as she presented the weather in ITV’s forecast.
The star said the current gloomy weather conditions aren’t going anywhere in a “hurry” as she revealed rain will persist across the UK today.
At the start of today’s forecast, she spilled: “Weather letting us down as the week wears on after one of our coldest May bank holidays on record.”
Lucy continued: “We haven’t seen rain like this for quite some time. Persisting all day, blistery winds to accompany the rainfall.
“It’s not going anywhere in a hurry across northern and eastern counties.”
The Good Morning Britain star said it will continue being “unpleasant and horrible” throughout today.
She went on: “Temperatures very much on the low side, unpleasant and horrible considering this time of year and behind this blustery downpours, hail and thunder thrown in for good measure.”
Lucy added: “So a lively weather situation feeling chilly with so much going on.”
The ITV weather favourite stunned in a three-quarter length ivory top, which featured a cute collar.
Lucy teamed the chic number with a grey skirt and completed her outfit by styling her locks in their usual wavy look.
At the weekend, Lucy spoke about the bank holiday weather as she gave hope of a dry summer.
She said: “The last time we had a frosty May Bank Holiday was 2010: that year we had a better than average stretched out sunny/dry summer.”
Lucy also addressed the current unusual conditions on her Instagram page, where she shared a funny little quote.
The picture contained a quote which said: “Me: Will it be hot, cold, sunny or rainy today?
“Spring: YES.”
She captioned the post, which was shared in view of her 99,200 followers: “Ain’t that the truth.”
One person commented on her upload: “Yes we need some lovely weather again.”
The great British weather, you gotta love it,” said another one of her followers.
A third added: “A mixture of everything beautiful Lucy weather.”
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV from 6am.
