At the end of Avengers: Endgame, Gamora had time travelled to the present day.
In 2023, she joined the Avengers to try and thwart Thanos.
By the end, those snapped were resurrected by Professor Hulk and came to join the fight.

Why was past-Thanos so strong?
In Avengers: Infinity War, the Avengers come close to defeating Thanos.
First, Mantis has control over his mind which allows the other Avengers to try and remove the gauntlet (before Star-Lord messes it all up).
Second, Scarlet Witch holds him off for a long while with her powers.
But by Endgame, Thanos is nearly indestructible – even Captain Marvel struggles against him.

What’s next for Professor Hulk?
Like many of his fellow first-generation Avengers, Mark Ruffalo’s contract was up with Endgame.
But he is the only one who hasn’t been given a clear direction by the end of Endgame.
When is the Black Widow movie set?
Given Black Widow sacrifices herself for the Soul Stone, there’s no way her upcoming solo film will take place after Endgame.
So when exactly will it take place? And will we see Hawkeye pop up in her solo outing?

Where is Loki with the Tesseract?
The Avengers go back in time to 2012 and seriously bungle the plan to get the Tesseract.
Loki manages to escape with it and, according to the Russos, exists now in a new timeline with the Tesseract.
Will this timeline be Loki’s upcoming Disney+ TV series? Only time will tell.
