Avengers Endgame: THIS character's fate is NOT what you think it is – SPOILERS

Avengers: Endgame set out promising the surviving Avengers would do everything they could to resurrect their fallen friends. During Avengers: Infinity War, Thanos snapped half of life out of existence to restore balance to the universe. But fans did not take kindly to Thanos’ idea of a perfect world and were left devastated by the deaths of their favourite heroes. Warning, spoilers from here.

What is the future for Vision?

One Avenger fans were hoping they’d get to see is Vision, played by Paul Bettany.

But even with the Infinity Stones, there were some heroes the Avengers couldn’t resurrect.

They included both Black Widow, who sacrificed herself for the Soul Stone, and Vision.

Vision’s death occurred during Infinity War’s final moments.

Thanos brutally murdered him to get the Mind Stone, which was set in Vision’s ‘brain’.

At the end of Endgame, Scarlet Witch and Professor Hulk stare out at a placid lake.

Hulk says he tried his hardest to bring back both Black Widow and Vision, but couldn’t.

Wanda says she knows Black Widow and Vision know he tried.

Yet, Vision will likely return to Marvel, only not in the cinematic universe.

During Infinity War, Shuri was attempting to upload Vision to her computer network.

There could be a chance she was able to do so before Wakanda was overrun.

Vision and Scarlet Witch, aka Wanda, are set to helm their own Disney+ TV series, titled WandaVision.

Speaking to Variety, Scarlet Witch actress Elizabeth Olsen said: “There are quite a few other comic books that we’re pulling from and it’s going to be Wanda and the Vision.

“I think at the Disney+ launch chat, they showed a photo of us in the 50s,”

“So I think that’s a good teaser. Paul [Bettany] and I are really excited.

“They have a great group of writers. I think it’s going to be a total of six hours.”

Olsen has said WandaVision filming will start in autumn 2019.

Thus the TV series’ release date is estimated to be sometime in mid-2020.

Avengers Endgame is now playing in cinemas.
