She paired this with a small dark blue clutch and suede sling back heels in the same colour. Mum-of-two Letizia kept her legs bare, and didn’t need a jacket or cardigan over the dress.
Her dark locks were worn in a side parting and sat straight down over her shoulders.
She kept her makeup simple, opting for bronze eyeshadow and brown lipstick.
On this occasion, Letizia wore her nails bare – she has been a fan of bright red nail polish in the past.
The dress Letizia chose yesterday is very similar to one worn by Meghan Markle to watch Prince Harry play polo last summer.
Meghan’s dress was also by Carolina Herrera, but it cost £2,357 as it was from the main line, rather than the lower priced diffusion line that Letizia opted for.
